Apple & Blackberry Tart
This classic tart uses a super simple method so you can create a delicious dessert in no time.
- Preheat the oven to 180C. Slice the apples into wedges and scatter on a lined baking tray. Place in the middle of the oven and bake for 8 mins. Remove and set aside.
- Grease a deep 20cm pie dish, then line with the pastry. Arrange the apple slices and blackberries evenly over the pastry to give good coverage.
- Whisk the condensed milk and eggs together and pour over the apples and blackberries to fill the pastry case.
- Place in the centre of the oven and bake for 30 mins until the pastry is golden and the filling is set. Allow to cool and serve.
