Ingredients
1 fresh tuna steak
1 avocado, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 chilli lime (to taste)
Method

Take the tuna steak and season on both sides with a little salt and pepper and a rub of olive oil

Grill the fish on each side for 3 minutes
-
Arrange the tomato in a circle on the plate with a little chilli on then place the red onion and avocado on top
-
Finally add the tuna and finish with a squeeze of lime
