
Ingredients
1-½ oz Irish Whiskey
½ oz Lillet Rouge
½ oz simple syrup
8 mint leaves
Club Soda
Red currant berries
Crushed ice
Method
- Muddle mint leaves and syrup in the highball glass
- Fill with ice, add the whiskey and Lillet Rouge, and stir gently
- Top with club soda and garnish with red currant berries
