Turkey and Bacon Croquettes
Use your leftover meat in these crispy croquettes. Serve as a starter or bar snack over the festive period.
- Mix the bouillon with 400ml boiling water and stir through the stuffing mix.
- Leave to cool and then mix with the chopped bacon, shredded turkey, rosemary, orange zest and cranberries.
- Shape into croquettes.
- Coat in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Chill until service.
- Deep fry at 170C for 5 mins until cooked.
