Ingredients
FOR THE FILLING
200g Bisto Cheese Sauce, made as per instructions
200g Comté Cheese, grated
150g cooked turkey mince
50g McDougalls Plain Flour
Pinch salt & pepper
FOR THE COATING
2 eggs, whisked
50g McDougalls Plain Flour
100g fresh breadcrumbs
Method
  1. Make up the cheese sauce and fold in the cheese. Allow to melt into the sauce, then beat in the flour, adjust the seasoning, then cool
  2. Add the cooked mince and chill
  3. Mould the mix into 10 equal portions
  4. Dip each portion in the flour, egg, then breadcrumbs
  5. Deep fry at 180ºC until golden brown and above 72ºC, then serve hot
